Client portal: the client sees their figures and signs off their own decisions

A client does not need another login, and they do not need access to your system. A personal link opens a page with their spend, results, reports and invoices, along with whatever is waiting on their decision: a launch against a proposal, a new creative, a budget increase. They see nothing that is not theirs, and the portal is not handed to search engines.

14 days on any plan, no card needed to start. After the click: a three-field form and the workspace.

What the client sees

Access
A personal one-time link, with no registration and no password
Figures
Spend, leads and results for their campaigns, in their currency
Reports
Regular reports under the agency brand, in PDF among other formats
Sign-offs
Whatever needs a client decision: a launch, a creative, a budget
Documents
Invoices, commercial proposals, documents to sign
Contact
A conversation with the agency team right on the page

The portal is closed to indexing: without a token the server returns an empty shell, and submitting that to a search engine would be pointless and harmful.

01What it does

What the portal does

01

Their own figures without a phone call to explain them

The client opens the link and sees spend, leads and progress towards the goals you agreed. The same figures the agency team has, with the same check against the ad account. "How much did we spend" stops being a reason to ring you.

  • Spend and results across the client campaigns
  • Goals and the distance left to them
  • Reports and their history
02

Signing off what the client decides

Some actions belong to the client rather than the agency: a launch against a proposal, publishing a creative with their face on it, a budget increase beyond what was agreed. Those move into the portal, and the client confirms them with one button.

  • A list of decisions waiting on the client, with an explanation
  • Confirm or reject with a comment
  • A trail: who confirmed and when, with the date
03

Documents and signatures

Commercial proposals, invoices and documents to sign live there too. The client signs through the link, and the signature is recorded rather than lost in an inbox.

  • Invoices with their payment status
  • Commercial proposals and estimates
  • Documents signed electronically through the link
04

The conversation next to the figures

The exchange with the team happens on the same page as the numbers, not in an inbox where the context is gone after two emails. A client question reaches the team as a task.

  • A conversation tied to the client and the period
  • A client question turned into a task for the team
02How it works

How to open the portal for a client

Three steps, and not one password for the client to forget within a week.

  1. 01

    Create the link

A personal link for the client, from their record.

  2. 02

    Send it

The link goes to the client by email or any channel that suits them.

  3. 03

    Fill it

Scheduled reports, invoices, documents, and whatever needs their decision.

  4. 04

    Collect the decisions

Client confirmations reach the team with a timestamp.

03How it fits together

Where the data comes from and what you get out of it.

Ad accounts hand over their statistics through your own OAuth apps. The system puts them into one picture, agents look for what to change, and only what you approve gets changed.

05What it does not do

What the portal does not do

  • It does not show other clients' data or agency finance.
  • It does not let a client into the agency workspace.
  • It is not handed to search engines: the page is marked closed to indexing.
  • It does not replace approvals inside the team - the client only gets what is theirs to decide.
06Questions and answers

Questions and answers

Does the client need a password?

No. The portal opens on a personal link. That is a deliberate choice: another password gets forgotten, while a link stays in the conversation.

Does the client see anyone else's data?

No. The link is tied to one client, and the page shows only their campaigns, reports and invoices. Agency finance never reaches the portal.

What can a client sign off?

Whatever has been put to them: a launch against a commercial proposal, publishing a creative, a budget increase beyond what was agreed. Each action arrives with an explanation, and the confirmation is recorded with its date.

Will the portal turn up in search results?

No. The page is marked closed to indexing and it is not in the sitemap. Without a token the server returns an empty shell with not one line of client data in it.
