Rules for using ADS Beast
These terms govern access to ADS Beast, advertising-platform connections, and automation features.

Purpose of the service
ADS Beast provides tools for managing advertising data, clients, campaigns, reports, expert audits, and advertising-operation automation.
User responsibilities
- connect only advertising accounts the user is authorized to manage;
- follow the rules of Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and other platforms;
- review system recommendations before applying them to real budgets;
- not use the service for illegal, discriminatory, harmful, or misleading advertising;
- keep logins, keys, and tokens secure.
Advertising outcomes
ADS Beast helps analyze and optimize campaigns, but does not guarantee specific sales, leads, ROAS, CPA, or other commercial outcomes. Performance depends on market conditions, offer, budget, creatives, website quality, and platform rules.
APIs and OAuth
Users may connect advertising platforms through OAuth or API keys. The user is responsible for lawful access to those accounts and may revoke access at any time.
Access and restrictions
We may restrict or disable access if the service is used in violation of these terms, advertising platform rules, security requirements, or law.
Liability
The service is provided within available functionality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADS Beast is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, advertising-account restrictions, or decisions made by advertising platforms.
