Who we are
ADS Beast is a web platform for advertising operations, analytics, expert audits, campaign launches, and optimization. The service domain is adsbeast.pro.
For privacy requests, contact privacy@adsbeast.pro.
Data we process
- user account data: name, email, role, and access settings;
- client and ad-account data: company names, budgets, goals, account IDs, and campaign IDs;
- OAuth tokens and technical keys required to connect Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, and Windsor.ai;
- advertising statistics: impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, revenue, campaigns, ad groups, and creatives;
- content, briefs, reports, tasks, comments, and system recommendations created in the system;
- technical data: IP address, user agent, error logs, security events, cookies/local storage for authentication and UI preferences.
Why we use data
- to authenticate users and manage access;
- to connect ad accounts and retrieve data through platform APIs;
- to build reports, forecasts, alerts, recommendations, and expert audits;
- to launch and optimize ad campaigns on behalf of the user;
- to provide security, diagnostics, support, and legal compliance.
Who data may be shared with
ADS Beast does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the product: hosting, databases, email/notifications, processing providers, search providers, advertising APIs, and Windsor.ai. Access is limited to processing tasks.
OAuth and advertising platforms
When a user connects an advertising platform, ADS Beast receives the permissions selected on the OAuth consent screen. Users can revoke access in the platform settings or remove the connection in ADS Beast.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained for as long as needed to operate the account, provide reporting, maintain security, and meet lawful obligations. Users may request deletion through the Data Deletion page or by email.
Security
We use HTTPS, role-based access controls, logging, restricted secret access, and separated environments. No system can guarantee absolute security, but ADS Beast is designed to minimize access to data.
Google user data
The use and transfer by ADS Beast of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
Google Ads data is used to read and manage campaigns in the ad accounts the operator authorizes. Merchant Center data is used to validate the product feed behind Shopping and Performance Max campaigns. Google Analytics data is read only to reconcile campaign reporting.
We do not sell this data, do not use it to advertise on behalf of third parties, and do not train general-purpose models on it. Human access is limited to support the user has asked for, security, and obligations the law imposes.
Access can be revoked at any time on the Google account permissions page or by removing the connection in ADS Beast; the stored tokens are deleted when it is.
