Analytics and reports: where the money goes, what it returns, and what the client sees

Analytics answers the agency owner asking "what am I making money on". Reports answer the client asking "what did you do with my budget". Both sides see the same figures: spend by platform in one currency, checked against the ad account, post-click behaviour from GA4, and progress towards the goals that were promised.

14 days on any plan, no card needed to start. After the click: a three-field form and the workspace.

What is inside

Spend
By platform, campaign and ad group, in the account currency and in dollars at the rate for the day
Reconciliation
Our figures against the native account, with the gap put in the report
Post-click
GA4 connects as a separate step and puts site behaviour next to spend
Goals
What was promised to the client and how close it is - client by client
Reports
Regular, template-based, in PDF, under the agency brand
Portal
The client reads the report on a personal link and signs off there on what is theirs to decide

A number never appears here without a line saying whether that is good or bad and why. "Zero" and "not measured" are different things, and they are shown differently.

01What it looks like

Analytics and reports in ADS Beast

Screen recording: spend by platform in one currency, the check against the ad account, client goals, and a template report under the agency brand.

A screen recording of the product in the ADS Beast demo workspace. The clients and campaigns on screen exist for the demonstration; no real advertiser stands behind them.
02What it does

What the analytics does

01

One currency, one date window, every platform

Spend is converted to dollars at the rate for the day, shown over one window and expanded down to campaign and ad group. Amounts in a currency with no rate are not folded into the total quietly - they are marked.

  • Spend and results across every platform over one date window
  • Expand down to campaign and ad group
  • The original currency and rate on every line
02

Checking against the account is the rule, not the exception

A report that does not match the client ad account starts an unpleasant conversation. The system checks its own spend and conversions against what the platform reports and puts the gap in the report, with the reason where it is known.

  • The gap against the native account in spend and conversions
  • The reason: reporting delay, attribution window, exchange rate
03

Client goals and the distance left to them

Each client has what was promised written down: leads, cost per lead, return on spend. The analytics shows how close it is and updates the progress daily.

  • The goal, the current value and the distance to it for each client
  • An alert when a goal drops out of reach
04

Reports you do not assemble by hand

A template, a schedule, the agency brand, and the report goes to the client on its own, as a PDF or a link into the portal. It is written in plain language: "there were this many more leads at the same spend", rather than "cost per lead fell".

  • A library of report templates
  • Scheduled sending
  • A PDF under the agency brand and a link into the client portal
03How it works

From spend to a report in the client inbox

The data arrives on its own, the report assembles from a template, and a person checks it and sends it - or trusts the schedule.

  1. 01

    Data arrives

A sync every 15 minutes; GA4 is a separate connection.

  2. 02

    Figures are checked

Against the native account on spend and conversions, with the gap put in the report.

  3. 03

    The report assembles

From a template, with the client goals and text in the client language.

  4. 04

    The report goes out

As a PDF by email or a link into the portal, on a schedule or by hand.

04How it fits together

Where the data comes from and what you get out of it.

Ad accounts hand over their statistics through your own OAuth apps. The system puts them into one picture, agents look for what to change, and only what you approve gets changed.

06What it does not do

What the analytics does not do

  • It shows no forecasts or expected results that were not derived from the account data.
  • It does not add amounts in an unknown currency into the total.
  • It does not pass "zero" off as "not measured", or the other way round.
  • It does not compare you with industry reference points that are not in the client data.
07Questions and answers

Questions and answers

Do the figures match the client ad account?

The system checks them itself and puts the gap in the report with its reason where that is known: a platform reporting delay, an attribution window, an exchange rate. The gap is not hidden to keep the total tidy.

Can reports be sent automatically?

Yes: a template, a schedule, recipients. The report goes out as a PDF by email or as a link into the client portal. Read the first one with your own eyes; after that you can trust the schedule.

What language is the report in?

The language of the client. The interface and the reports are available in 7 languages, including Hebrew and Arabic written right to left.

Where does post-click behaviour come from?

From GA4, which connects as a separate step in the Data import section. Once connected, GA4 figures appear in the same summary as spend.
