Rule checks: whether an ad will pass review, known before you send it

A review rejection costs time, and repeated rejections cost the account its reputation. This section reads the copy, the creative and the landing page against the platform rules and the limits of the client vertical before anything is sent, and it takes apart the rejections you did get, with the wording from the platform, so the same mistake stops repeating.

14 days on any plan, no card needed to start. After the click: a three-field form and the workspace.

What gets checked

Copy
Prohibited and restricted wording under the platform rules
Creative
What the platform requires of an image or a video
Landing page
What has to be on the page: contacts, terms, disclosures
Vertical
The limits of the client niche and what cannot be advertised in it at all
Documents
Which licences and certifications the platform will ask for
Rejections
A post-mortem on rejections received, with the reason as the platform worded it

The rules of different platforms do not agree: what passes on one is blocked on another. The check runs against the rules of the platform the ad is going to.

01What it looks like

Rule checks in ADS Beast

Screen recording: findings on the copy and the landing page with reasons, the limits of the client vertical, a platform rejection taken apart, and the policy verdict for the Advertising in ChatGPT channel.

A screen recording of the product in the ADS Beast demo workspace. The clients and campaigns on screen exist for the demonstration; no real advertiser stands behind them.
02What it does

What the section does

01

The client vertical sets the frame

A niche comes with its own limits: what you cannot promise, which words are banned, what has to be on the landing page, which documents will be asked for. The vertical registry keeps that by niche, and a launch is checked against the profile of that particular client.

  • Niche limits, with the wording to stay away from
  • Requirements for the landing page
  • A list of the documents the platform will ask for
02

Checked before sending, not after a rejection

The ad copy and the landing page are read while the campaign is being built. A finding with its reason arrives before the ad goes to review, and fixing it costs minutes where a rejection pushes the launch back by days.

  • Findings on the copy and the landing page, with reasons
  • A note on what exactly the platform will treat as a breach
  • The check runs while the campaign is built, not as a separate ritual
03

Rejections get taken apart, not forgotten

The rejections you received collect in one place with the reason as the platform worded it. Where the platform allows an exemption request, the system files it and retries. A rejection worked through becomes a rule for future launches.

  • Every platform rejection with the reason text
  • A resubmission where the platform allows an exemption
  • A history: what got you banned and how not to repeat it
04

Advertising in ChatGPT: the category is settled before publishing

In this channel the platform reviews more than the ad: the advertiser, the domain and where the visitor goes next. Neutral copy over a prohibited product can cost you the account, so the policy verdict is issued before anything is published.

  • A policy verdict: clear, needs a review, prohibited
  • A list of the categories the platform will not let through
  • The categories that need a licence confirmed
03How it works

How the check sits inside the work

There is no separate ritual: the check stands on the way from a campaign to the platform and on the way back from a rejection.

  1. 01

    Set the client vertical

The niche, its limits, and the licences and certifications you hold.

  2. 02

    Build the campaign

The copy, the creative and the landing page are read as it is built.

  3. 03

    Fix the findings

Each with its reason and with what exactly the platform will treat as a breach.

  4. 04

    Work through rejections

If one comes anyway, it lands in the section with its reason text and becomes a rule.

04How it fits together

Where the data comes from and what you get out of it.

Ad accounts hand over their statistics through your own OAuth apps. The system puts them into one picture, agents look for what to change, and only what you approve gets changed.

06What it does not do

What the check does not do

  • It does not guarantee that review will pass: the last word always belongs to the platform.
  • It does not replace a lawyer and does not confirm you hold a licence - it says which one you will need.
  • It does not let a prohibited category through under neutral copy.
  • It does not remove the platform requirements for an advertiser: advertiser verification happens on their side.
07Questions and answers

Questions and answers

Does the check guarantee an ad will pass review?

No, and no check can: the platform decides. What it does is remove the predictable reasons for a rejection before you send, so a launch is not pushed back by days over a turn of phrase.

Where do the niche limits come from?

From the vertical registry: for each niche it holds the prohibited wording, the landing page requirements, the documents you need and the quirks of each platform.

What do I do with a rejection I already got?

It lands in the rejections section with the reason as the platform worded it. Where the platform allows an exemption request, the system files it and retries. A rejection worked through is taken into account on the next launch.

How is the check different in the Advertising in ChatGPT channel?

There the platform looks at the advertiser, the domain and the whole visitor path, not just the copy. So the category verdict is issued before publishing: a neutral ad over a prohibited product can cost you the entire account.
