# Campaign launch: one door instead of ten

The product used to have ten separate ways to create a campaign, and five of them differed only by platform. Now there is one. It asks which platform you want and how much help you need, then takes you through. The registry of campaign types knows what has to be checked before launch, placements with bad traffic are switched off in advance, and the launch itself goes through sign-off.

## What is inside

- **Modes**: Quick start, step-by-step builder, launch with creative analysis, a process with sign-offs, batch launch
- **Platforms**: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising; Advertising in ChatGPT has a section of its own
- **Type registry**: Google 7, Meta 8, TikTok 6, LinkedIn 6, Microsoft 4
- **Before launch**: Tracking required by campaign type, a read against platform rules, safe placements
- **Sign-off**: A launch moves money, so it waits for confirmation
- **After launch**: A read-back from the account: what actually got created

Every campaign type in the registry carries its own note: goal, creative format, required tracking, minimum daily budget, and an honest status - what the system can create through the API and what it can so far only prepare.

## What the launch section does

### A registry of campaign types instead of an operator memory

Each platform has a list of campaign types with its goal, creative formats, minimum daily budget and required tracking. A lead campaign without a pixel or a conversion action does not launch: the registry will not let it.

- The campaign type with its goal, format and required tracking
- An honest status per type: created through the API, prepared for a manual transfer, unavailable
- A note on bid strategy and minimum budget

### Placements with bad traffic are off in advance

Audience Network, the right column, Marketplace, Pangle, Search Partners, the LinkedIn and Microsoft audience networks - in new lead campaigns all of that is off. An operator can switch it on, and the decision lands in the log.

- A safe placement set in every new ad group
- The reason for the block, in words, when you try to switch it on
- A log entry naming who switched what on

### Platform rules are read before anything is sent

The copy and the landing page are read against prohibited wording and the requirements of the client vertical before the ad goes to review. A rejection after launch costs more than a note before it.

- Findings on the copy and the landing page with their reasons
- Vertical limits: what cannot be advertised in this niche
- The certifications and licences the platform will ask for

### Copy written for the project, not lifted from a template

Ad copy is written for the project rather than pulled from a shared boilerplate: five options per field, with platform length limits checked. The operator chooses instead of editing a template.

- Five options for every ad field
- Length and platform limits checked before anything is sent
- Ready-made routines from the Playbooks library for a common task

### Batch launch when there are many campaigns

Several campaigns across several platforms are assembled in one pass: structure, creatives, placements, tracking. Each goes through the same checks as a single campaign and waits for the same confirmation.

- A batch of campaigns with one shared check and one shared sign-off
- A report of what got created and what did not, with the reason

## From choosing a platform to a campaign in the account

Four steps. Everything a machine can check is checked before the third; on the fourth a person decides.

1. **Choose the platform and the mode** - One door asks where you are going and how much help you want, from a quick start to a step-by-step builder.
2. **Build the campaign** - A type from the registry, five copy options per field, creatives from the studio, safe placements.
3. **Pass the checks** - Required tracking, platform rules, vertical limits, minimum budget.
4. **Confirm the launch** - The campaign waits in the approval queue; after confirmation it is created in the account and read back from it.

## Figures from the code

- 5 - platforms behind one launch door
- 7 - Google campaign types in the registry
- 8 - Meta campaign types in the registry
- 1 h - between placement checks after launch

## What the launch section does not do

- It does not launch campaigns without a person confirming.
- It does not pass a prepared structure off as a created one: every campaign type carries an honest status of what the system can create through the API.
- It does not switch risky placements on quietly.
- It does not take copy from a shared boilerplate - every project gets its own.

## Questions and answers

### How do the launch modes differ?

Quick start asks the fewest questions and builds the campaign on one screen. The step-by-step builder gives you control over every stage. The creative analysis mode reads the creatives and the market first. The process with sign-offs adds checkpoints, and batch launch assembles many campaigns at once.

### What happens if a campaign has no tracking?

The registry knows which tracking a campaign type requires: a pixel, a conversion action, a UET tag. Without it a lead or sales campaign fails the check and never reaches the launch queue.

### Can I switch on Audience Network or a partner network?

Yes, as an explicit decision in the campaign settings. The decision is logged with your name, and the placement guard checks every hour for what has changed.

### What happens after I confirm a launch?

The system creates the campaign through the platform API and re-reads it from the account to be sure what got created is what you confirmed. Any difference is shown rather than swallowed.

## Build your first campaign through one door and confirm its launch

The first 14 days are free on any plan and you do not need a card to start. The type registry, the checks and the safe placements work from the first campaign.
