# AI ad campaign setup: the campaign builds itself, you launch it

You upload creatives and set a budget. The system reviews the creatives, the market and the client’s goals, proposes a campaign structure with daily budgets, writes copy within the platform’s limits and creates the campaign in your ad account, paused. You switch it on through the approval queue. It suits an agency with dozens of clients and a business owner who wants to run ads without the hassle.

## What the service does

- **Input**: Creatives, the client’s website, a monthly budget and a goal: leads, sales, traffic
- **What it prepares**: Campaign and ad group structure, daily budgets, copy, placements, tracking
- **Networks**: Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn work through the API; for TikTok and Microsoft Advertising the launch flow is built and API access is still being arranged
- **Before sending**: Copy length against platform rules, prohibited wording, required tracking
- **In the account**: The campaign is created paused and read back from the account: what was actually created
- **Switching on**: Only after a person approves it in the approval queue

Ads in ChatGPT and Telegram Ads run in separate sections: ads there are also published paused and switched on after review.

## How automated setup works

### Review first, structure second

The system looks at the creatives, identifies the client and their goals, reviews the market and only then proposes a structure. If business data is missing - no website, goal or budget - it asks for it directly and suggests how to fill the gap instead of making things up.

- Creative review: format, aspect ratio, what the image shows
- A list of missing client data with suggested answers
- Campaign and ad group structure with a daily budget derived from the monthly one

### Copy written for the project and the platform limits

Copy is written for the specific client, five variants for every ad field, in the language of the client’s market. Length is checked against the platform’s limits before sending, and internal labels such as an ad group name or funnel stage never end up in the ad text.

- Five variants for every ad field
- Length checks for headlines, descriptions and sitelinks
- A prohibited-wording check before the platform’s review

### The campaign is created paused

The campaign, ad groups and ads are created in your account switched off. The system then reads them back and compares them with the plan: geo, languages, negative keywords, copy, extensions. Sending again does not create duplicates - only what is missing gets added.

- A paused campaign in the ad account
- A check against the plan by content, not just by count
- A list of differences if the platform did not accept everything

### A person decides on launch and budget

Creating a campaign, switching it on and changing its budget all go to the approval queue. Until a person approves, no money is spent. Placements with poor traffic - Audience Network, Pangle, search partners - are switched off in new campaigns from the start.

- A launch request with pre-start checks
- A safe placement set in every new campaign

## From creatives to a campaign in your account

Four steps. The system handles the first three and shows you the result; the fourth is your decision.

1. **Upload materials** - Creatives, website and budget. If you leave out the client or the goals, the system can work them out from the creatives.
2. **Get the plan** - Campaign structure, daily budgets, copy with five variants per field, placements and tracking.
3. **Create it paused** - The campaign goes to the account switched off and is read back to check it against the plan.
4. **Approve the launch** - Switching on waits in the approval queue. After launch, metrics refresh every 15 minutes.

## Figures from the code

- 5 - networks in one launch flow
- 15 min - metrics refresh after launch
- 90 days - of account history on connection
- 24 h - automated account audit interval

## What automated setup does not do

- It does not switch a campaign on or change a budget without a person’s approval.
- It does not promise results: lead volume and cost per lead depend on the market, the website and the budget, not on the software.
- It does not invent facts about the business - if data is missing, it asks.
- It does not quietly switch on risky placements.

## Questions and answers

### How does the software set up ads automatically?

It goes through the same steps a specialist would: reviews the creatives, goals and market, proposes a campaign structure with budgets, writes copy within the platform’s limits and creates the campaign in your account, paused. You switch it on.

### Which ad networks can I launch campaigns on?

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn work through the API. The launch flow for TikTok and Microsoft Advertising is built, but API access to those platforms is still being arranged. Ads in ChatGPT and Telegram Ads run in separate sections.

### Will the system spend money without me?

No. The campaign is created paused, and switching it on or changing the budget waits for approval in the approval queue. Without your approval the ads do not run.

### How long does setup take?

It depends on the mode. Quick start builds a campaign on one screen; the mode with analysis reviews the market and creatives first, so it takes longer. Usually the slowest part is not the build but connecting the ad account and tracking.

### Can I set up ads myself, without an agency?

Yes. The service is built for agencies and for business owners alike: you connect your own ad account, upload materials and approve the launch. The first 14 days are free, and no card is needed to start.

### How does it handle platform policies and limits?

Before sending, it checks copy length against the platform’s limits, prohibited wording and vertical restrictions, and for lead campaigns it checks that tracking is in place. If the platform rejects something after sending, the read-back check shows exactly what.

### Which languages do the service and the ad copy support?

The interface is available in 7 languages. The language of the ad copy follows the client’s market, not the interface language.
